General Rental Terms:
Rental seasons:
High or winter season: December 17 to April 1
Low or summer season: April 2 to December 16
Discounts are given for longer stays and for repeat
guests.
However, cleaning fees are added for stays of less than 7 nights.
All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Excise and Transient
Accommodations Taxes
We accept personal checks, money orders or bank wire transfers only. A deposit is required upon
confirmation and full payment is due 75 days in advance during the high
season & 60 days in advance during the low season.
